Wednesdays at 5:45 PM

Combinations of circuit or interval style training to maximize your time. Lesson plans include building strength/bone density while burning calories, increasing energy and boosting metabolism!

Small Group Personal Training

Personal training for a fraction of the private session cost. A program designed just for you and coached by our staff in a group of 3-4 participants. A great way to stick with your plan and progress!
