Summer 2020 Specialty Classes

Members and Non Members are welcome to join these supplemental classes geared toward giving you extra guidance and encouragement on your fitness journey.

Strength Circuit

Mondays at 6:00 PM

Burn fat, gain strength, and improve energy! This is a combination of everything and each week is different with LOTS of variety!

9 Weeks: August 3rd through September 28th

No Class on Labor Day

Women & Weights

Wednesday at 6:00 PM

No boys allowed in this ladies only class! Enjoy fitness and fun while learning more about strength training and muscle toning.

8 Weeks: August 5th through September 23rd

Saturdays at 11:30 AM

A mix of Pilates, yoga, tai chi, core, balance, flexibility training and other practices while using rhythmic movement.

9 Weeks: August 1st through September 26th

No class Labor Day Weekend

This group personal training option is available for people who would like a personalized training program designed by an instructor specific for your needs. The goal is teach you how to do this program on your own after the class has ended.

Happy Heart

Receive a personalized training program for your cardiovascular system. A variety of programs will be designed to treat and improve your specific health issues and give you blueprints for continuing on your own after the course. 

A staff member will be with you every step of the way to coach and motivate.
