Summer/Fall Specialty Classes

Members and Non Members are welcome to join some of these supplemental classes geared toward Baby Boomers and those still working.

Circuit Interval Training

Thursdays at 6:00 PM

Fitness and fun with a combination of workouts. Different workouts each week including low impact, Zumba, strength training, Pilates, yoga, balance, cycling, fat burning intervals and more!

7 Weeks: November 7th through December 19th

Saturdays at 11:30 AM

A mix of Pilates, yoga, tai chi, core, balance, flexibility training and other practices while using rhythmic movement.

Happy Heart

Receive a personalized training program for your cardiovascular system. A variety of programs will be designed to treat and improve your specific health issues and give you blueprints for continuing on your own after the course. 

A staff member will be with you every step of the way to coach and motivate.

4 classes: $20 total for members

$40 total for nonmembers

This group personal training option is available for people who would like a personalized training program designed by an instructor specific for your needs. The goal is teach you how to do this program on your own after the class has ended.
