Circuit/Interval Resistance Training

Burn fat, gain strength, and improve energy! This is a combination of everything and each week is different with LOTS of variety!
8 Weeks: March 10th-April 28

Saturdays at 11:30 AM
A mix of Pilates, yoga, tai chi, core, balance, flexibility training and other practices while using rhythmic movement.
8 Weeks: March 20th through May 8th

Thursdays at 2:15 PM
A collection of gentle yoga stretches this class offers the perfect midday 30 minute stretch break for all your muscles and joints.
6 Classes: April 22nd through May 27th

Receive a personalized training program for your cardiovascular system. A variety of programs will be designed to treat and improve your specific health issues and give you blueprints for continuing on your own after the course.
A staff member will be with you every step of the way to coach and motivate.

This group personal training option is available for people who would like a personalized training program designed by an instructor specific for your needs. The goal is teach you how to do this program on your own after the class has ended.
