New Year 2020 Specialty Classes

Members and Non Members are welcome to join these supplemental classes geared toward giving you extra guidance and encouragement on your fitness journey.

Strength Circuit

Mondays at 6:00 PM

Burn fat, gain strength, and improve energy! This is a combination of everything and each week is different with LOTS of variety!

8 Weeks: March 2nd through April 20th

Mighty Muscles

Wednesdays at 1:00 PM

Want to focus on strength training and bone building? This is the class for you. We design a program especially for your muscular strength and bone density that you can continue on your own!

3 Weeks: February 12th through February 26th

Cardio Crunch

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

Boost ENERGY and get your second wind for the evening! Thirty minutes of various types of cardio followed by core work, cool down, and stretching.

8 Weeks: March 3rd through April 21st

Circuit Interval Training

Thursdays at 6:00 PM

Fitness and fun with a combination of workouts. Different workouts each week including low impact, Zumba, strength training, Pilates, yoga, balance, cycling, fat burning intervals and more!

8 Weeks: March 4th through April 22nd

Saturdays at 11:30 AM

A mix of Pilates, yoga, tai chi, core, balance, flexibility training and other practices while using rhythmic movement.

8 Weeks: March 7th through April 25th

This group personal training option is available for people who would like a personalized training program designed by an instructor specific for your needs. The goal is teach you how to do this program on your own after the class has ended.

Happy Heart

Receive a personalized training program for your cardiovascular system. A variety of programs will be designed to treat and improve your specific health issues and give you blueprints for continuing on your own after the course. 

A staff member will be with you every step of the way to coach and motivate.

Registration deadlines are one week prior to session start date unless otherwise noted. Payment is due with registration.
