Getting Started

Updated: Feb 12, 2018

Starting a regular workout routine doesn't have to be intimidating. Not sure where to start? Let us give you a few suggestions.

It is important to choose a workout facility that is going to meet all of your needs. Start by making a list of all the qualities you would like to see in your facility.

“Exercise is a journey, not a destination.”

Remember that your physical fitness will be an ever changing aspect of your life. Find a facility that will grow with you and will encourage you to strive for new goals toward bettering yourself every day.

Find a place that has equipment you are capable of adjusting or offers assistance if you need help doing so. Also make sure the equipment is suitable for your level of fitness and mobility.

If you are interested in classes, personal training, or exercising on your own find a location that will meet your specific wants. Don't settle for a fitness center that doesn't. You won't enjoy your time and we want exercise to be the most enjoyable experience possible for you.

Getting Started at WellBound Fitness

If you want to learn more about WellBound to decide if it is the right choice for you the best first step is calling to schedule a tour. One of the staff members will give you a complete tour and answer all of your questions, no matter how big or small. WellBound offers a variety of short and long membership options to choose from that will best meet your timeframe needs.

During your tour you will learn about what aspects of WellBound will help you most as a member. If group exercise classes are your interest you'll receive a class schedule and a description of each. Personal training is an option for people wanting extra attention or assistance. Group personal training is also available for those who need help in the beginning but will do great exercising on their own in the future.

Every new member who joins WellBound receives one on one time with a personal trainer who will conduct a physical assessment and health history session. This is so we can find out more about you and your health goals so we can make further suggestions about what exercise options will be best for you to start with.

We want to see you succeed and grow during your exercise journey and would relish the idea of helping you along the way.
