 Programs 

Omaha WellBound Fitness offers a range of programs including individual specialized personal training, small group training,  nutrition management, personalized assessments and some special programs for non-members.

Personal Training is provided by our staff members who are degreed and certified through nationally accredited organizations. Our staff focuses on programs geared to each individual's particular health concerns and are available for one-on-one training or partner training.

Our nutrition management program uses DINE HEALTHY a computer based nutrition management system endorsed by the ADA, and periodic sessions to monitor food consumption and eating habits and offer structure and encouragement.

Omaha WellBound Fitness trainers will perform periodic assessments including body fat analysis, postural assessments, balance and fall screenings/assessments, and more; and will help chart your progress and provide results to your physicians.

We offer special programs for members and non-members including Boomer Boot Camp training and Synergy Small Group Personal Training.

A cross between Boot Camp and Personal Training

and TONS OF FUN with prizes and goodies!

One four-week session per month.

Sundays at 1:00 PM

Add variety and fun to your workout.  Each week you will do a different resistance training workout with exercises consisting of:

Circuit Training, Strength Machines

Interval Training,  Free Weights

Fat Blasting Drills,  Cable Weight Machines

Flexibility Training,  Stability Ball Training

Better Back Exercises,  Abdominal Exercises

$20 for members            $40 for non members
