For good health and fitness, it is wise to change your program every 6-12 weeks. Doing this preventsoveruse injuries, muscular imbalances, burnout, and lack of progress. Not changing your program periodically is like never rotating the tires on your car!
Omaha WellBound Fitness offers complimentary reassessments for all members. Assessments are used to insure members are using the right machines, participating in classes regularly, safely challenging themselves and changing their routines. As a staff we make it a priority to know what our members are doing, their progress, changes in their ability or health, and to create an environment that will promote success.
Assessments are performed and logged in the following areas: individual goals, blood pressure, flexibility, balance, posture, body composition, strength, and endurance.
If we don't challenge ourselves we do not improve!
