For six-weeks you will train through many different ranks and work with stability balls, bands, free weights and stations, and work with formats such as cycle, step and circuit. Boot camp will motivate, challenge and help you get results no matter what age, size or fitness level. Join others as you work together to achieve health and fitness goals. Boot camp is taught by personal trainers with health/fitness degrees and national certifications.
During the 6 weeks, non-members have full privileges to the club which includes classes, locker/shower facilities, educational and social events, and more!!!
