 Tuesdays: 3:00 PM

Thursdays: 2:00 PM

Our members start off in the right direction by having an initial private appointment. From this appointment, our degreed and nationally certified staff will recommend what types of exercises are recommended according to your specific health history - and the guidelines established by ACSM for various medical conditions. We assess areas such as balance, flexibility, coordination, reaction time, strength, endurance, blood pressure and others. 

 

Complimentary reassessments are provided as often as every 6 weeks! After you are reassessed to chart progress and pinpoint areas that may need more attention, updated recommendations are developed so you continue with your success!
