Boot camp will motivate, challenge and help you get results no matter what age, size or fitness level. Join others as you work together to achieve health and fitness goals. Boot camp is taught by instructors with health/fitness degrees and national certifications.

 

Boot Camp offers a variety of routines during the 6 week course (3 days per week) including work with stability balls, bands, free weights and stations, and working with cardio formats such as cycle, step and circuit, giving the participant variety while utilizing safe effective training techniques.

 

Boot Camp sessions are limited to 12 people and during your sessions you will enjoy full membership benefits at Omaha WellBound Health & Fitness including group classes, shower/locker facilities, coffee shop usage, educational and social events, and more!
