* How you can prevent risk of weakness and falling long term.
Course is held once per week
You will also receive a variety of pre and post balance assessments including GAIT ANALYSIS and appropriate components of the Fullerton Balance Series Assessments.

Week Four - Moving Forward....Where Do You Go From Here?
This four week Balance and Fall Prevention Workshop consists of accredited material and assessments from the Susan Bover Fall Prevention Program, Debra Rose workshops (Author of FALL PROOF and national fall prevention programs), and the Fullerton Balance Tests.
